"Terrible customer service again... I decided to take care of myself with a haircut today because I was feeling a little down. I usually get haircuts at this place from a talkative woman with broken English. I lived abroad and know about language barriers, so always try my best to converse with her and certainly appreciate her caring approach. My last visit though, I got a very quick haircut from another stylist - an unpleasant woman who seemed more interested in getting to the next customer than making sure I was satisfied. Her abruptness surprised me but I didn't complain or withhold a tip. Today, I waited 20 minutes while several other customers were serviced, including one that came in after me and waited only a minute or two - apparently because he checked in on-line. In all, 3 stylists finished their work without taking me, including the unpleasant woman. They chatted with each other and arranged their stations for minutes. So after waiting 25 minutes, I left with 3 open stations. I will NOT be going back. I don't think they'll miss me. LOL."
