"got our dresses ONE day before the wedding, just because the owner didn’t trust customers because they “tell him a wedding date that’s close to rush shipping”. Okay then? If you can’t rush then tell them don’t take it out on us. We were honest, we told him how many dresses, the exact measurements, the exact wedding date. We did this TWO AND A HALF MONTHS AHEAD OF TIME, but he only put in the order A MONTH LATER. Just cause he didn’t believe us. Not only did he get the dresses ONE DAY before the wedding, he forgot to put in one dress! the Maid of Honors dress! the most important dress! We literally had to go out during the wedding DAY and shop for a dress and try to match her dress with ours. That’s not even the worst part, the BRIDAL dress, which is actually the most important came in TWO DAYS before the wedding. Thankfully it barely fit the measurements of the Bride, but if not then we wouldn’t have time to even fix it. It barely fit, but the hijab they promised did not come along with the dress so we had to find one ourselves really quickly since the wedding was in two days and the Dupatta has a really noticeable TEAR on the dress. My dad confronted him about it and he just didn’t respond and say anything about it. Also, the owner speaks differently to men and women and he completely ignores his responsibility and ignores calls to not stress about the situations. They’re liars and manipulators and completely disregard anyone that comes with a serious situation and brush the problem off like it’s a light speck of dust. We were worried several times and he wouldn’t respond to his texts to update on the tracking so we would go all the way to Shokh (which was about 40 minutes away from our house WITHOUT TRAFFIC) and he would straight up tell us that it didn’t come today. All in all, if you want anything done (anything done at all) then do not go here."

"My God, this store is the absolute worst. They ruined my my sister's wedding. They promised that our wedding clothes would come in 5 weeks max and we've been waiting 11 weeks for it to come. It literally came in a day before my sister's wedding and they forgot to give one of the most important dresses. They forgot the maid of honors dress. We had to travel all the way to Chicago to get her a new dress and it almost ruined the wedding. By far the worst clothe shop in history. I would never recommend this to anyone."

"Horrible! Ordered 8 dresses for a wedding 3 months in advance and still haven’t received it. Their customer service is horrible also the owner is a liar. Kept saying it’ll come in tmrw every time he was contacted. Now it’s a day before the wedding and we still haven’t received the dresses."
