"I had an eyelash appointment in December before Christmas. Went to the appointment and she wasn't there. Tiffany apologized and made a follow-up appointment for December 30. I made arrangements for work and my kids based on the appointment she made and went to the appointment and again she did not show. It has been a few weeks and I have not gotten an apology. Not sure if she is still in business but I hope if she is she greatly improves her customer service. If you leave town or make other plans have respect for your customers and at least cancel the appointment."
