"The children’s clothes are awesome! Especially the quality and price. A couple of the associates are professional. But the rest of the staff are ghetto, slow and ratchet. I loathe going to check out. Associates are too busy having side conversations, inappropriate conversations at that. It’s an average of 15-20 minutes to ring each customer up and the line is always long because they only have one side open."

"The clothes are beautiful. Although this store services children, they do not allow them to use the bathroom. Both times I went, my son had to use it and was denied. The dressing rooms are closed but you can try clothes on over your clothes in front everyone. This is inconvenient. Especially since their return policy is only 15 days."
"Poor customer service. I just visited on 4/11/22 for an Easter Dress for my daughter. It was a mess! The line had over an hour wait and all of the staff members were rude. They had two sides for check out but only had one open. The staff members consistently complained on how they was ready to go and their attitudes showed it. I asked one lady for help with some sunglasses that were locked in a case and she said ok then walked away and never came back! If I didn’t really need the Easter Dress I would’ve left.when I got home I discovered one of my items wasn’t placed in my bag, I went back and spoke to a manager that was extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to buy it again after standing in yet another long line. Never shopping here again!"
