"This doesn’t even deserve a one star. Great Clips has obviously never heard a trim before. You ask for a trim, they send you out looking like you just enlisted for the U.S Military. I get it’s labor day but nobody who has long hair and says they want to keep it LONG wants to leave looking like Jarhead. I have long hair, and it’s a personality thing. Now I understand why nobody goes to Great Clips. The barbers insist on what they want and ignore your request. Can’t wait until this next generation makes Great Clips go out of business."

"Needed a hair cut for the holidays and new job. Stopped into the Great Clips on West Rd. in Brownstown. Sherry and Shelly were in there. One person in the chair and Shelly was opening and just got in, so I was able to get right in! Just needed a haircut....#2 on the sides, even out the top, and square off the back. She did a great job, exactly the way I wanted and this was my first time ever at any Great Clips and first time with her as the barber. Very satisfied and will be a return customer at this location and with her! Thanks for the cut!!"

"Stopped in for a cut and she did a wonderful job. I handed her the coupon, from her store (Telegraph & West rd.) only to be told the price was 25% higher. The manager said, she would not honor the coupon, HUH??? Nice way to run a business. Update: I did get an call from the local manager. She indicated all stores are locally owned and that they reserve the right to not take coupons. I refreshed her memory and reminded her, this was THEIR STORE coupon! It was not a franchise coupon. She then stated it was "an old coupon". I am not sure of the age but it had no expiration date. By the conversation, nothing will change. I was offered a free cut, "If you want it"."
