"The 1 star is for the 2 or 3 dresses I liked. After this I'm done with the Highland Park MI store. I may try another location IF they are not like the emp. working today. I never liked a lot of shopping online, thanks to the "hawks" looking, staring, following me around today. Walked in and there wasn't a soul on the floor, all in front by the registers/kids area. Leaving out I spotted a short dark one trying to hide in the clorhes and the other left out 15 sec.after me. She could've took her break waaaaay before then. I'm almost 47 y.o. and the last person Rainbow has to worry about stealing an $8.00 dress w/ a sensor on it, in front of emp., AND H.P. Police Station next door. ...only in the ghetto."

"Rudest women I have ever encountered here. They are dressed sloppy, have attitude problems, have conversations and forget about customers. I've tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but needless to say I won't be back. On top of their conversations being inappropriate. They always have their nose tuned up here as if your bothering them when you ask a question. Horrible Horrrible location."

Love Me Canty (Ms.Smooth):

"This has to be the worse Rrainbow I've been in. The workers don't have a dress code. I couldn't tell if they were customers or not. One of the worker's had the nerve to have a full blown conversation and we had to wait until her conversation was over before she could help. The air in this placed has not worked in at least two years. The store looks dirty. This store needs help. We have to due better for our community."

"They have beautiful clothes but that doesn't matter because they're rude and they dont stand by their return policy. I will be going to a different location or I'll probably just stick with Simply 10. At least they know how to treat their customers."
