"I ordered hair from this company in May 2022, loved the hair once it was finally received. The communication was less than I expected. But I’m a Detroit girl and I’m always rooting for my home team. I recently placed an order on 1/19/23 to date I have not received an order confirmation, despite multiple online chats via their website and two voicemail messages to their number listed on their website. I wish they had a better system of communicating with customers. The product is great, but the level of communication and professionalism is lacking. Sure hope I get my items on time."
