He was very professional but also treated me like a friend. I was so impressed by him I purchased the tuxedo on the spot with some custom shirts. He was very detailed but also very patient with me explaining the whole process. When it came in and I went to pick it up, I thought for sure we would need to make some adjustments but it fit perfectly!!
