"I paid for a sample order. I hadn’t heard back from Joy after emailing her a couple times so I went to the shop to find out that she had lost her file with my logo on it, I resent it to her.. she said the sample would be ready soon. Again I hadn’t heard from her in about two weeks.. after a couple emails she sent me a text saying that I could come to the shop and get my order at 8pm. As I’m walking into the shop she was pressing my logo prints onto a pair of leggings and a crop top.. but I had ordered a sweat suit. (The purpose of having a sample is to see what your design will look like on the same product that you’ll be ordering in bulk) I told her my frustrations, she said that she understood and that my order would be ready soon. Again.. I hadn’t heard from her for a couple weeks, then the Covid19 shut down happened. I sent an email and called several times with no response. Finally when I could get a hold of someone they told me that Joy agreed to refund me, and to give her a call. I did and she told me that she never said that and that she doesn’t give refunds. I never received anything for my money, so I took a loss. No professionalism, I wasted time and gas going back and forth to communicate with them. I remained polite and professional even when expressing my frustrations. I had someone ordering with my business and I was counting on stashhouse to fulfill my order so that I could fulfill mine with my customer, but I ended up having to refund my customer. They had no cares for the loss that I had to take. I wouldn’t ever do business with them again."
