"It's 2pm on a Wednesday I had an emergency and needed to get some clothes and the store is closed. The employee is chilling on the floor on her phone. So we just close mid day and make up any reason to not be open. No business should be closed mid day during business hours for their employees to be hanging out and doing what they want and not be working. This is not acceptabl. No wonder why your stores go out of business so fast."
"This is one of the newer stores located in the strip mall on the Southeast corner of 8 mile and Woodward. I was in the store for about 13min and at no point did either of the 2 employees say a word to me. The store isn't that big , so I'm sure they saw me. One half of the store is for plus which cool but it's hard to shop comfortably. Racks are over packed and too close together."
"If I could give no stars I would just by the CUSTOMER SERVICE and it’s like at this point just quit ! Best believe if I knew names I’ll be giving them but the older lady with gray twists , NAASSTTYYY ATTITUDE! Literally makes you just want to put everything down,walk out and forget about it ! PLEASE GET HER OFF THE REGISTERS AND OUT THE PUBLICS EYE ! And I’ve witnessed on 2 occasions her talking to other customers that way and I was just in awe ! NEED SOMETHING DONE"
"I always find a hard time finding my size of L-XL or anything cute for that matter. The manager Jackie helped with my anxiety of looking through clusters. She picked out a few cute things for me. The only thing that I suggest of all Rainbow and clothing stores is to carry more L and XL. Apparently those sizes are the most popular. And they wonder why their racks are still filled with smalls and mediums. This is not the 70s we have meat on our bones now and curves. I very humbly ask all the stores to get with the times or they will disappear"
