"Nice looking studio and staff was friendly but I was disappointed by my brow henna experience. The lines weren’t clean, the color was too dark and the dye job was splotchy. I was upset and my brow artist was understanding, empathetic. I appreciated that. Ultimately she removed as much as she could and comped the service. I’d like to try again, with another artist- I haven’t lost hope on the idea!"
