"I have been here about 4 times. The first 3 were ok, I saw the same lady (Maddie). But not this time. Maddie isn't there anymore. Bad, bad, bad, bad haircut from Amanda. I got about 12 inches cut off- 14 inches in some spots. I asked for a shoulder length cut, and it's up to my chin. It looks like I have 2 different haircut styles on my head! Or like 2 people stood on either side and just started cutting without having any idea what the other was doing. It's that bad. The back is choppy, super thin and really short. The sides do not match. At all. One side of my head has "layers," the other side does not. I went somewhere else to have it fixed almost immediately. The person who fixed it said we'd need to gradually fix it over the next 6-12 months. And she's not charging me to fix it. I'm super sad. I won't be back to Saranda Salon. Ever."
