"I am very dissatisfied with my experience today. I went to the store at 7:50 pm to make a purchase. The doors were locked. I saw all of the employees in the store staring at me. I spoke through the door letting them know that the sign on the door clearly had the sign posted stating they closed at 8 pm. The lady behind the counter was taking her braids down and said they they were closed. As I was standing outside, the manager walked up, walked right past me and said he wouldn’t let me in that they were closed as well. I am very dissatisfied. This is unacceptable."
