Vera's Bridal

"I love the dress I got from here. Thank god I chose not to do alterations with their seamstress. Don’t ever do that. My problem was the customer service. A woman claiming her name is Huda with black hair and really bad eyeliner barely helped us. After we purchased a very expensive dress, she said she doesn’t have a bag for the dress. I told her where do these dresses go? She said she’s never had to deal with a big dress being put into a bag…all while there’s over 20 huge dresses behind me hanging on the rack. Interesting. She proceeded to take a bag from another dress and shove my dress that has a ring inside it. The bag was flipped upside down and we kept telling her something is wrong with the bag but anytime something was brought up, she claimed she doesn’t know and she has to ask the owner. The strings that come with the dress, never actually came with the dress. She cut ribbon for us. My mom asked for a bag but she continued until the transaction was complete to turn to my mom and tell her, “I mean I understand you guys came here to buy a dress but why are you acting this way, why do you need a bag for the string?” Ummm…was I supposed to put the string in my pocket? I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years. Customer service is so bad. Needs major help and training for sure!"

She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect dress for my best friends wedding. This is the only place I will go from here on out!"

"We scheduled an appointment, showed up, and there wasn’t a clear check-in desk. The only desk was for the salon. We called and no one was in the building to help us for our scheduled appointment. We left and moved on."
