"I was gifted a “Day of Beauty” - Sherri gave me a manicure, pedicure, and facial - absolutely fantastic! She is so warm, pleasant, and professional. My nails look so nice and my face/skin felt and looked amazing. Steve gave me a massage, he is also very friendly and professional. Very relaxing! My body felt so calm afterwards. To top it all off, the salon gives you a charcuterie lunch with chips, chocolate cookies and a glass of wine. If you love someone, give them a “Day of Beauty” from Bluwater!"

"I am really disappointed with the customer service I recently received. I've been here multiple times before and have never had issues until they started doing their booking through Vagaro. I booked a couples massage for the 20th February back in mid January, received the email for confirmation and everything the day that I had scheduled. Now two weeks before my appointment, my MOTHER gets a phone call at 8:30 at night (we both have been here so I don't know if they mixed up our numbers or what) trying to contact me and ask about my card on file. My mother gives them my phone number so they can talk to me, and I never received a phone call from them. I check my appointment on Vagaro and all of a sudden my couples massage is cancelled and I have a single person massage booked instead. So I call them back and speak to who I assume is the manager or the desk runner and she has a horrible attitude with me. I was made to feel like the entire situation was my fault, and I'm unable to get a couples massage unless I'm comfortable with a male masseuse, which I am not. I'm not usually one to get upset about mix ups, we're all human, but a little kindness about the situation would have been appreciated, especially when this was a birthday surprise I've had planned for almost a month. Really unfortunate that this happened."
