"My wife and I experienced horrible customer service and a slew of rudeness when we came in to do a return yesterday. I would have loved to exchange it for the correct size but they didn’t have any in stock. They made a big deal about how they only have limited cash left. Well, that’s not our fault they should have more cash on hand. They had the nerve to ask us if we could look and buy something so the amount would be less for the return. That’s the rudest and most unprofessional thing to say to a customer. Eventually we finally got the full refund after many rude looks and unprofessional practices and mannerisms. We will never step foot in this J Crew location again."
