Krispy Kreme

"I love Krispy Kreme! They are really one of the kind. But… the customer service is bit questionable. When I pay for my order with their app this morning, the scanner did not work. Tried several times, scanner read barcode and made some sounds, but payment did not go through. Erica, person at register start to giving me attitude. Ask me to read the barcode numbers, did not work. She typed in the number did not work… start to give me a look that it is my fault and showing frustration to me…. The manager or higher position person than her came and touched the register about 2 seconds or so, payment went through without the issue. After all, it was user, Erica’s error. I thank the manager and left the store. Good store and doughnuts are awesome! , but watch out some attitudes from less knowledgeable person. Don’t let these people ruin your day. Enjoy awesome doughnuts!"

"An OK place to get coffee and donuts. Swung through for the first time this past week after hearing about it for years. I've never been a big fan of their do urs you can get in stores but I was told that getting things fresh from the locations was the way to go. That was true but I'm still not overly impressed. The location we went to was drive through only, they had their lobby locked, it was about 2pm. That was disappointing has since I had never been it would have been nice to check the inside out and actually get time to read the menu. We ended up just ordering two coffee drinks and a assorted box of donuts so we wouldn't hold up the line while we tried to figure out what we wanted. The coffee drinks were okay but way too sugary not enough coffee and not a very good balance of flavors. Basically a below average coffee milkshake. The donuts were okay. The plain glazed ones were very bland with almost no flavor. The frosted and sprinkled ones were okay. Nothing to write home about but not bad just kind of average. I know a lot of people are a fan of Krispy Kreme and that's cool but it's not going to pull me over. A donuts a donut, and donuts taste good no matter where you get them from. But there's nothing that make Krispy Kreme dpnuts stand out above anyone else's."

"I used to come here regularly but would often be frustrated by lack of product, lazy, unpleasant staff (even prior to COVID). The store didn't seem like it was run well. After several months I decided to give it another try this morning. I was pleasantly surprised! Fresh donuts on the line, display cases full, condiment and napkin containers full. Even the hats were back on the tables! I was offered a free hot donut since the light was on. Previously, this location did not honor that tradition, but rather a cold donut hole. I don't know if this location is under new ownership or management but it was definitely a big improvement. Service was a little slow but everyone was very nice and friendly. I'll be back!"

"This is my first time ever entering a Krispy Kreme. The service is quick, but not very friendly. Store is huge and they have hats for kids everywhere. The donuts are delicious though. Love myself the KK donuts! :)"
