"Just stopped at this location for a coffee on my way home since its in a convenient spot next to the mall entrance and hadn't had a problem previously. I didn't use the tip option and it annoyed the staff who I could clearly hear after I got my coffee " oh look someone didn't tip, that sucks " Tipping for buying coffee doesn't earn you a tip, you didn't serve me at a table or do anything more than saying thank you and providing me with the $7.30 drink. This was obnoxious entitled behavior. I'll tip a waitress who works for tips."
"Dylan is always beyond friendly. Food was better here than other locations I've been to. Coffee tasted fresh! Will be back again for the amazing service. Nice that there's a lounge area and is located right by an entrance!"
"Had absolutely fantastic service from Dylan the store manager! He was not only so friendly, but was so thoughtful to have great suggestions and wipe down our table to make sure we had a great experience. We talked to him about how important customer service is and he was so passionate about it, very refreshing. We will be back again soon! Thank you Dylan!"
"Very nice Starbucks in a good location. Really friendly baristas, as usual. Comfortable seating area for gathering or just staying a while, plus tables for laptops or studying and a bar if you want to sit and watch all the activities behind the counter. And they offered Bananas with a Sign that even Identified them as Bananas! Lol Cute!"
