"For a coffee shop that use to be one of the best Starbucks around, im highly disappointed. I come to this location 3-5 times a week, but I will not be back after today. Ordered ONE white chocolate mocha. Waited 30 minutes. Ended up leaving before my coffee was ready as I was late to work and my order should have been ready 22 minutes ago per the time said to me on my receipt. Get it together."

"This location allows 1 person to place multiple drink orders for co workers which delays other employees from ordering and taking up their break of 30 min by standing in line. There should be a limit of 1 additional order per person that they can place at a time. 1 person placing orders for 3+ people who are not there in line to purchase own is wrong. This is poor customer service on Starbucks and rude of others to place unlimited orders for others not there in line. Rude and wrong"
