"Stopped by to try the cookie butter cold brew; I’m not a regular at dunkin so I was reading off my order. I felt very rushed and that the staff member was annoyed and frustrated. The lady had an accent but that’s all I have to identify her because I didn’t see her. I say this to say if you have to have a bad attitude you shouldn’t work at these type of establishments. Moving fwd to the window again feeling rushed; I was having trouble with my Dunkin app cause it unloaded on my phone without me knowing so I was trying to log back in. I ended up just saying forget it and missing out on points and using the cash that was on there. The cookie butter cold brew was great; next time I’d minus the topping because it gets soggy and I don’t like the texture then. The bagel was one of the worse bagels I’ve ever had like it was popped in a microwave after being save by a 4th graders lunch or something idk lol Dunkin needs to revamp the food. I’ll give them two stars because of how tasty the coffee was."
"I come to this dunkin almost all the time and the food and drinks here are great. Everyone is super sweet to me but lately this one lady with blonde hair and tattoos had been giving the worst attitude to me and towards the other employees. For example, I told her i was doing apple pay and she rolled her eyes at me. She also got mad because the scan for my dunkin app wasn’t working. This experience was not it."
"I wanted this to be my morning stop on my way to work. Unfortunately after a handful of times of getting the completely wrong order, my eclairs tossed in a bag making a chocolate disaster, and not separating the chocolate donuts as asked because a co-worker has a chocolate allergy this will not be the case. This morning, I asked for 10 glazed munchkins with a large cappuccino and received 12 assorted munchkins with a large cup filled less then 1/3rd of the way."
"I came here for bagel dine in. It was warm and fresh everything bagel toasted with butter for $2. Bathrooms and floor were clean. Staff is friendly and food got done on time."
