"Terrible customer service!! Lady followed me around the store folding up clothes that I recently looked at and folded back myself, she’s obviously not comfortable selling her over priced clothes to the black community that she does business in!! She’s always rude, always got a attitude, and her son is just as bad.. you are next to a city trend and one of the only clothing stores here you would think she would take pride in it .. but no just another outsider coming into the city draining it and taking it back into Dearborn.. I’ll never shop here again. And the stuff is cheap and cluttered.you should show the people who spend there hard earned money there some respect or get out!! Even the metro store guy a few stores down said he couldn’t stand her."

"Update at the bottom!! My son shopped there and spent $85 on an outfit. When he got home it said something on the arm and leg he didn't notice in the store. (Sugar daddy) Keeping in mind hes only 16yrs old. There return policy is, within 14 days, tags still on the merchandise and a receipt. Exchange only! That's perfectly fine. What I have issue with is that, i called and spoke to an employee and explained he wont be able to make it up there to pick out his replacement within the 14 days and was told if it was returned within the timeline I would get a receipt with the credit. So when I returned to the store. The manager, told me the outfit had been worn. It hadn't. After he bought it and got it home, he took it from the bag and decided he didn't like it. He put it back in the bag and gave it to me since I work close to the mall. I told him I would return it. She then found a hair on it and said she couldn't take it because if he customer were allergic to animals.. So if u get anything from this store apparently it has to be vacuum sealed because if you have pets then the policy is void. So I was not only talked down to, but called a liar as well.. That's how a 16yr old spending his hard earned money is treated. 14 days to return and pick something else.. TOTAL! They do not give you any kind of credit other then you there ready to re spend your money.. immediately. No cards or receipts as far as store credit. And that's if your not treated like a liar. So if you do shop here make sure your getting exactly what you want. Because that's what u get. If giving the NO stars was an option then thats what I would give!!! The manager was unprofessional and very rude.. By the way, I dont have a dog! Just an update!! Funny it's been a month now. Still no word from the owner. Apparently he or she dont care about their customers. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!!"

"Poor service. I was constantly followed throughout my entire visit by an employee (black man). The unattractive Chaldean woman wanted to run my debt card as credit without my authorization. I didn't understand why she needed my I.D when I always use a PIN. I was no longer interested in doing business therefore I politely asked for my card. I feel that these kind of people really should not work in customer service. I should not be followed nor should you not inform me of the type of transaction."
