"Best staff. Best service. Best everything. These people saved me postpartum with their smiles, warming positive attitudes, and loving on me and my baby. I had a reflux baby, went through PPD, and was a stay at home mom that felt so lonely at times. I think they could tell. They made sure my coffee was right during those sleepless nights and days. My baby will be two this week and they all still love on me and her. They write little encouraging notes on my coffee and everything! It's just unlike any other place."

"3 employees working and only two customers inside. Waited over 15 minutes and finally had enough of waiting and left. The white heavy set woman was taking way too much time with the customer in front of me by talking way too much that was irrelevant to the order. This was making the wait longer. No sense of urgency or anything. She didn't even acknowledge me and say "I will be with you in a bit". Very bad customer service. I am glad I left. Will never go here again. Seems like they don't care about customer service or losing customer."
"I come to this Starbucks at least 1-2x daily & I normally use the mobile app to order. Well today I made a mistake & ordered my drink the wrong way I wanted it and an amazing, thoughtful worker there named Niko fixed my order free of charge, had absolutely no issue doing it and remained the polite and with an amazing attitude the entire time! THANK YOU NIKO!"
