"improperly made my smoothie and when i tried to correct them and get it fixed i was straight up ignored by a crew member and by the manager. they were also talking bad about other customers, manager included. i understand the service industry isn't the best environment to work in, but these are conversations to have when customers aren't sitting right in front of you."
"This Tropical Smoothie location was okay honestly. The one associate knew absolutely nothing about the products she was selling. I.e. what add-ins do you have? What is in the fat burner? I ordered my smoothies and food. There was no label on my drinks so I asked which one had fat burner, she replied irritably, “it’s on the label.” I politely replied and turn the cups around and showed her there were no labels present. I got my labels and just left. I honestly been to better locations. But food and smoothies were good."
