"I have been coming here since the day they opened.  I haven't had a bad experience until now! AVOID THE LADY WITH THE ROSE TATTOO ON HER RIGHT HAND!!!!!! SHE IS VERY ROUGH,  DOESN'T FOCUS ON HER JOB & ONLY FOCUSES ON THE GOSSIP OF THE FACILITY.  WHILE SHE IS DOING MY NAILS, SHE IS LAUGHING WITH OTHER 2 MEN AND POINTING AND LAUGHING AT ME WHILE CONTINUING TO CUT INTO MY NAIL BED MAKING ME BLEED!!!!!!! Needless to say I AM TRAUMATIZED AND WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR I WOULD!!!!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!! The entire top of my toe is red , inflamed, and sore!"

"My experience was okay, my nails looked good but one broke within 3 days but I was never told a price or even seen prices posted. I paid $70 for gel polish nails on my natural nails. I tipped because I don’t plan to come back but I feel like they added the tip into the price."

"High prices for what they offer. $75 for a full set that wasn't long in length. I got done and it was done sloppy and had lumps in it. I wanted square shaped and they looked fat. I had another lady try and fix them to make them look better.not to mention the thumb and pinky nails were longer than the rest. I get home, wash dishes and cook then noticed my thumb nail is cracked smfh. Not happy at all especially because I paid so damn much!!!"

"First off, I’ve came here several times and this experience was my least favorite. I asked for dip with a tip. When the tips were being put on, they were sitting straight up. One even popped off as she was evening them out. I asked why they looked like this before we went any further. She then pulls out the acrylic to show me how the nail will flatten out. But I didn’t ask for acrylic, I asked for dip. Then she proceeded to do another nail with the dip but tried applying it with the brush like acrylic. That obviously didn’t work. At the end of a very long visit, we are done. The result was a base layer of acrylic with dip on top. I never wanted acrylic and at this point just didn’t want to create a scene. Acrylic was all over my hands and watch. I scrubbed and scrubbed at their sink and the pics are still all of the mess that was left over. When I asked for something to get all of the acrylic off another worker just told me to keep Washing my hands. I’ve gotten my nails done for a very long time in lots of different places. I’ve never, ever left with my hands with so much residue."
