"This place is a total joke. We checked in for my boyfriend’s trim and the wait time was an hour and 12 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later we were at the salon and the wait time was 86 minutes with about 8 people ahead of us. There were only two stylists working and one of them just up and left with a lobby full of customers waiting. We ended up finding a nearby salon online, walked in and immediately got taken in. Glad we found a better place nearby. Not sure what the deal is with this salon. The stylists are all rude and slow too."
"I can't believe I ended up at this terrible Great Clips location. It seems like they've driven away all the talented stylists with their poor management. The manager's attitude is simply awful. It's astonishing that someone with such a terrible attitude is in a management role. When I asked her a question, I was met with immediate dismissiveness. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd rate this place a solid 0. I wouldn't even consider setting foot in this run down establishment. I'd sooner cut my own hair with kitchen scissors than let them touch it."
"Got nothing closely related to what I asked for. Would not recommend coming here unless you have a link of getting bad haircuts. Only suitable for boys with no regard to what they look like"
