"Angelina was absolutely amazing. She took me as a walk-in appointment due to another company trashing my nails and not finishing the job. I walked into Serenity stressed and very upset about my horrible experience. Angelina could tell my anxiety was up over the whole thing. She immediately started making me feel better, and I appreciated her taking the time to do that more than anything. She started to talk to me about her process and asked my favorite colors, etc. As I started to feel more comfortable, she then asked about the design I was looking for, I pulled out the picture, and she did exactly what I asked. She even explained if I didn't like anything at all just to let her know and that she would correct it. She told me about other services in the shop and I'm dying to go back. I may have walked in stressed, but I definitely left feeling Serenity. What a perfectly named business!"
