"i had the unfortunate experience of receiving some horrible news from a beauty school instructor that my hair was being mistreated over the course of what id say is the last year. Maitraya Martinez has done extensive and shocking damage with my Brazilian Blow Outs. Mistreatment of hair and misconduct with product that needs a certification to even be purchased or even practiced. I bet there are some lovely folks in this establishment but I will no longer be attending this salon while someone is engaging in malpractice. ON TOP of that, my last haircut received was apparently cut so uneven I need to wait for my hair to grow out longer for it to be fixed and evened out. EDIT: In response. Initially my first review to her personal page was due to how she initially cut my hair… After receiving a PROFESSIONAL Brazilian Blow Out and getting a consultation from someone else, I was informed on how ill done my Brazilian Blow Outs have been these past few months to a year. She would not wash out the product informing me that it would make the BBO last longer. I was paying for a service that was done incorrectly and I needed to inform the establishment that she was cutting corners. Its an embarrassment to have an Instructor look over your hair and tell you how crooked the cut is and that they were sorry they couldnt fix it without my hair being longer."
