It's a kind of customer service that's not even available in the vast majority of clothing stores, and I feel super lucky to have them in our town."

"On august 19th we were in dowagiac for the car show. First time ever entering our vehicle. Well I decided to go shopping and popped into WHO Knew and I will never shop there again! First I was treated by a younger lady with long bleach blonde hair almost white and an older woman with short blonde hair kinda wavy or curly. They proceeded to make fun of my stroller because my sons stroller wheel had been chugging along all most of the morning because we are in the car show show. They made comments like we won’t miss you when you’re gone and mocked the stroller and laughed at it multiple times. Than I proceeded to the baby area were I found a deal on a infant carrier I was super excited as soon as I picked it up the older lady said let me take that up front for you and at first I thought okay maybe she’s being nice because I have my hands full pushing my stroller. Well then I picked up some clothes and she then came over again and asked if she could take them and I told her that I was just looking . Then she almost rushed me asking what are u looking for every couple of minutes and I finally said you know what nothing. Which upsets me because I have 3 children I could have shopped for and myself or husband. I paid and proceeded to say to her to have a nice day and she cut me off and said thank god u and that stroller are leaving. So nope I don’t recommend this store to any one that has to shop with their baby because I felt as if I was being judged the whole time."
