"This store can be hit or miss sometimes. The majority of my visits have been nice and only had like, maybe 1 botched haircut. The wait times at this specific location can be a bit crazy at times but as long as you remember to do the online check-in thing you'll know when to show up. Otherwise, you might want to have a phone charged and ready. I give the stylists a lot of credit because I like to talk and sometimes don't shut up. Nonetheless they reciprocate well for the most part. Long story short: good place to get your hair cut done."
"It’s taken me a few weeks to decide to write this. I’ve not been able to do a thing with my hair since I had a young man there cut it. The cut was not well done at all. He also made sure he put his opinion in, what he personally liked and didn’t like to do instead of what I was explaining and wanted. Unsolicited opinion, in other words. I’ve had it cut properly in other places and always get complimented. He seemed quite snobby and not too interested in doing his job. And as I left I felt like he low key insulted me stating, “I LITERATELY haven’t done THAT cut in YEEARS.” (Not said kindly.) I don’t know why I ever went back. All 3 times I’ve been there, the cuts have been subpar. Definitely get what you pay for. Don’t waste your money here. They don’t care."
"Great Clips gets clowned on but I've never had a bad haircut at either this location or the Greenville one. I use the app to check-in online so I never have to wait and they have my preferences saved in their computer so I never have to remember what length I get. Nice and easy and cheap."
"They have messed up the hair on all 3 of my kids. I've never seen hair cut as uneven as my daughters was. I told them the exact same cut for my twins and they look completely different. One is cut way too short and the other is longer in different spots."
