"Naida is amazing! I brought my 6-year-old son in and he can be rambunctious and does not always sit still for a stylist. But she was super patient and friendly with my son. She engaged in conversation with him and answered his 101 questions. She nailed his cut and I was super happy with it. She made sure I was happy with the length every step of the way! She's a 5-star stylist and I highly recommend her!"

"The mullet cut I left with did not match the pixie inspo pic I showed my stylist. She struggled the entire cut. I would have rather she passed me to a stylist with more experience or asked to see the photos again than leave me with this mess. There were lots of people were waiting, so I just paid and left. Update: it has been over a week since photos were sent to customer service and no response"
