"Would give 0 stars if possible. My family was wrongly racially profiled this afternoon while Christmas shopping . When we asked for proof & my aunt offered security to search her - the staff and security refused. This situation was both humiliating & the way staff handled the situation was awful. Staff gave us the p# for a utility company instead of the corporate p# when we asked how to contact higher management. IT IS NOT OKAY TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS & WITH NO PROOF OF THE ACCUSATION!"

"Drove an hour to visit the store on July 25/ 2020. I was met at the front of the store by an employee merchandising behind a table who said “the dressing rooms and bathrooms are closed, and you need a mask” I told her I could not medically wear one and her response was “then GET OUT, you cannot be in here!” I did have proof that I have more than one condition that prevents me from wearing a mask and was willing to provide that, which I do not legally have too, but was so APPALLED by the employees comments and attitude that I left. There was NO law in Indiana at the time that you had to wear a mask, it was “suggested”. SHAME on your employees for treating people with medical conditions this way!!"

"This past weekend I visited this store. I bought over $100 worth of clothes, but on the way out I noticed these cute shorts. Instead of holding up the line, I finished paying and then took two pairs of the shorts with me to the dressing room. No one was there so I looked around and then proceeded into the area. I tried on the shorts, and as soon as I finished I left with my selection. Imagine my surprise seeing this tall, thin, blond woman eyeing me like I was trying to steal something. I had literally heard the store manager say over the walkie talkie to watch me. I was the only black person in the store, and I had just purchased over $100 worth of clothes. I love the Aloft clothes but this will be my last time visiting this store. I will stick with Express whose employees were courteous, professional, and didn't treat me as if I was a criminal."
