"This Biggby consistently has poor service, and sub-par customer service. Today I ordered 3 sandwiches, two of which I requested extra cream cheese. All 3 sandwiches were cold and almost unedible, and there was no extra cream cheese even though I believe I was charged for it. The difference in the quality of service between this Biggby and the one on Nottawa is night and day. The Biggby on Nottawa is always friendly and the orders are always correct, hot and fresh."

"If you order a 24 ounce hot you will actually get something closer to 16 ounces don't know they leave so much room for cream. Doesn't even matter if you ask for none. Every. single. time. Its short. I even measured it at home to see if I was justified in my frustration 16oz on the dot."
