"I was upset at first because website said open at 10 am But it was explained to me. The owner was a wonderful lady and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She introduced .e to her dog. He was nice also. All the employees were friendly and looked as though they enjoyed their jobs. It was busy and enjoy the while visit. I would and will recommend this business to everyone I know and meet."

"Well looked at website to see if open on Sunday and it said they were. So I drive to grand haven just to find out no one showed up to open the nail spa. Sign on window says they open at 10 am, website said they open at 10 am. I called no one answers phone says they are unavailable. Guess that is true if you don't show up to work..if you have a business probably should be there when you say it is open."
