"This store is ridiculous came there to shop they said closing at 330 because they are short staffed ok so I ask for an application not hiring well if your short staffed hire people that want to work this is not the first time they closed early because of this issue sorry to day people just don't want to work anymore."

"They left a new employee on a busy sat to figure the register out by herself and it was the Only line open. Very Long wait! the new girl had many issues with each customer she kept yelling for help from manager but sometimes she wouldn’t even come and other times she acted frustrated and go right back to leaving her again. I was in line for well over 30 min only to check out to be told they won't sell me an item because it didn't have a price. After talking with them they agreed if I could go find the box I could buy it. Well I found it, waited in Long line AGAIN to be told NO even though they said yes before.. they refused saying they had to send it back to receiving. Ughh wow !!!what a waste of well over an hour waiting time! Thanks for nothing, I won’t be back!"

"I'm giving four stars for the quality of the things they have. I have never found more name brand things at a Salvation Army in my entire life. Last year I got a beautiful Eddie Bauer down coat. However, I just could not offer a 5-star review due to other factors. The biggest being that they do not organize the clothes by size. This is a huge hindrance. Especially when you're shopping and keep finding things you like but they are too small or too big. Another reason for docking that fifth star would be prices on certain items. I've seen stuff with the tags on, and they are trying to sell it (for instance, a sweater retailed for $40) for $24.99. This is a second hand store, and prices like that are not reasonable. Everything is donated. In my opinion, no item of clothing should be over $10. Maybe a Gucci Sweater, but at that point I would highly doubt it's authentic if it ended up in a thrift store."

"We have donated a lot of items to this store. Just tried to donate a desk and another table. Refused to help unload from pickup bed. “Company policy” is what she said. I would understand if it had to do with Covid but twice was told “company policy”. And not nicely but rudely. Needless to say we kept it and gave to another place. No more donations and no more shopping there."
