"I had a similar experience as one of these reviewers. Older woman w blonde hair was very snobby. Talked to everyone around her age in the store but was extremely rude to me and acted bothered when I asked her a question. There are some interesting items in this store but if you do your research or know brands, which I do, they are marking everything in the store up considerably. You can find these brands for much cheaper elsewhere. She didn’t even have accurate info on the brands she was selling. Don’t assume your clients don’t know about retail. And don’t be rude and snobby. I purchased something but almost didn’t want to give them my business. I wouldn’t go back."
