"I was a mess just after getting my hair colored and cut from.my beautician. It seemed to be ok when i walked out but i could tell it felt uneven amd disconnected.I called John from Directors Cut 3 days later and was able to get me in an hr and a half later.. He saw me and knew exactly how to fix all of my disconnected layers and was outstanding all the way around with alot of neat tricks ...that made my hair come alive .. It lays beautifully now with the right flow to it.. !Such great service and a miracle fix from a very expensive job that left me feeling terrible.. Thank you John for your wonderful service and your heart in understanding my dilemma.."

"The guy refused to cut my girlfriend's hair. Also refused to give me a prem. He had some kind of a problem with my niece and in my opinion what happened between the two of them stays between them. But for him to refuse to do are hair. I felt like he didn't really want the business."

"I got my hair dyed here twice and it fried my hair, I did get rather bright colors but when I went other places I was able to get the same level of color without having 3inches of hair fried off. I’ve found it to be very hit or miss, either the people here are very focused on your hair and do wonderfully or very distracted resulting low quality, wouldn’t personally come here again but I have seen some very beautiful work done here. Im just not willing to gamble on it."
