"Typical Starbucks attached to a hotel. Very nice ambience. The folks working there are fairly unsavory when they are called out on simple errors, but after a few tries to get a simple latte with whole milk went south, I just got a refund. Starbucks are a dime a dozen. The attitudes of the employees are important."

"Nice Starbucks with the standard Starbucks food and drinks. It is sort of a fun location in that it is built into the exterior of the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel. It is accessible both from the street and from the hotel lobby. It was clean and our drinks and food were prepared quickly. Seems to do a brisk business, especially on weekend mornings (no doubt helped by the hotel foot traffic!)."
