"I've been here before and the coffee is the best in the hospital. I've reduced it to 3 stars because I arrived at 7am on a Sunday to get some coffee and it was not open despite a physical sign saying they open at 7am. I waited for 10 minutes without sign of anything opening before leaving."
"Usually the service is great here but today i was doctoring my coffee and the cashier came over to refill the cream and pushed the canister so hard it slid into my coffee and spilled all over the counter, my shoes and the floor...a little on my shirt also. I think it was on purpose because all she had to do was sit it down but she pushed it. Other customers cleaned it up for her as she apologized repeatedly. So pissed."
