"My go-to Starbucks because it's close to my work. Usually pretty busy, but the staff is always super friendly. They do a good job of keeping the line moving the best they can. Coffee order is always spot on."

"I purchase a coffee EVERYDAY I try my best to NOT get it from the Starbucks right by my house because it is hit or miss on whether the coffee will be made the way I order it, it is ridiculous for a customer paying almost 7.50 for coffee to be UNCOMFORTABLE to ask to have a coffee remade. I work in customer service and to make a customer feel uncomfortable because your team does not make coffee in a consistent manner is unacceptable."

"I want to start off by saying this is the first review I’ve ever left online but I was moved to put it out there. I work costumer service and know sometime the little things make all the difference, especially in someone’s day and are sometimes just overlooked. I went in this morning and Brandon that was taking orders, made my day by simply having an upbeat, cheerful, and spunky personality. He didn’t even end up taking my order but watching him interact with the costumer that was in front of me as well as helping the coffee and food order back up, making sure people that were/had waiting were taken care of and not over looked. The way he carried himself and communicated made me think that was his location and that he was the main leadership role, however I was completely surprised when I over heard the customer in front of me say she needed to talk to his manager to put in a good word for him because of (what I am assuming was such great costumer service) to find out she was working that morning as well and that it was his very FIRST day. Seemed like he’d been doing this for years. Would come back simply for the positive interaction to get your morning going."

"I never Ever post reviews but when I pay over $5 for a drink I at least hope it reaches the lid line. Supposed to be a grande but most definitely was not filled like a grande. Barely One sip was taken from this drink. The location was not busy whatsoever either so this is super disappointing!"

"This is a very busy location, and generally they do really well for how demanding the environment is. However, every time I order a drink with cold foam, I am disappointed. This is what it looked like minutes after pick up. I paid $1.25 for extra salted caramel cold foam and got . . . None. When I have asked it to be remade, they remake it the same way. Staff here just needs to be trained on how to make cold foam, and how much is expected when extra is requested. Edit: after posting the above review, this location has gotten much better and more consistent with the cold foam, thank you!!"
