"went into the monroe biggby location today with my girlfriend. we’ve been in here a couple times before and have never had any issues. to preface, i work at the biggby in brownstown. ordered a banana split cream feeeze for my girlfriend which is the only drink she ever gets from biggby. the baristas this morning 12/18/23 admitted to not knowing this drink because they could not find it in their computer and they said that they had not made it before. they made it with orange juice because that’s what their list on the wall says (the list on the wall is wrong). at this point it was still not a big deal. my girlfriend and i both tried it with orange juice (this drink is supposed to be milk and not oj - which i know because i make it all the time). it was gross with oj so i asked if that’s what the did, they said yes. i said it’s supposed to be made with milk. they proceeded to argue with me about it. i asked them to re do it with milk and they did but had bad attitude and still made it wrong with missing ingredients. if they were to look up the recipe on the computer i promise it will say milk and not oj. like i said, it was not that deep until they got snippy and argued about it. maybe recheck your drink recipes on the wall with the ones in the computer."
"I get the same thing every time I ever go to a biggby and it’s NEVER consistent. Always tastes different. Iced coffee with caramel and oat milk. And the staff always either looks miserable or they are rude as heck. One girl in particular is extremely rude and quiet and cold toward me the moment I walk in every single time. I see other bad reviews about her as well, which makes me wonder why she is still employed. I didn’t want to tip because of how rude she was, but that just isn’t in my nature. This is why I come to this biggby less and less. Eventually I think I’m going to stop because they are always grumpy."
