Such a wonderful variety of products ranging from men's clothing, women's clothing, home furnishings, jewelry, candles, organic handcrafted soaps, furniture paint, rugs, etc. Charming North also rents men's formal wear and has a beautiful event space next door, "The North Room". The owner's are very warm and friendly and were willing to go above and beyond to assist me!"

"We arrived at Charming North minutes after they had closed and locked up for the night. Ashley saw us, unlocked the door, and ushered us into the store when I explained my son needed outfitted at the last minute for a school dance this weekend. Ashley and Ted quickly got to work measuring my son, making suggestions as to what would work well for him, and coordinating colors with the dress my son's girlfriend had brought in. Exceptional customer service goes a long way, and they truly delivered. It would have been easy to ignore us on the other side of that locked door, but instead they earned some new loyal customers."

"I have been here a couple times. I love the style this store has to offer, however, the owners did not seem very friendly. I was not greeted, smiled at, or acknowledged at all. Granted, I only popped in to check on a sweater that had caught my eye in the display window, which turned out to be priced quite outrageously. I may return in the future, I'm not completely writing this store off. Just that it is nice to be acknowledged, even with a quick hello."
