"Generally they are slower than the second coming of Christ.. They never pay attention so order is wrong more times than its right, but because one prefers to get out of there while they are still young enough to move under their own power its often not worth waiting to have it corrected. In dec we were second in line indoors for 2 drinks, we were there 45 MINUTES!! You could see staff chatting watched one girl spend 15 minutes making one drink. The scary thing is they are STILL VASTLY BETTER than the one on Apple in Muskegon. I absolutely refuse to go there."
"Got here at 5 o’clock and have been waiting 30 minutes in line. Service at the speaker was terrible. This biggby has went to down hill within the last few months. Would never never ever recommend"
"Staff was very nice. I did ask politely if they could turn the music down from volume 1000 to a reasonable level. The manager setting in the back-room response was a not so friendly look (fill in the blanks) but a kind staff member turned it down. 10 minutes later, back to 1000. I have to work from here since my internet is out at the house. I am spending money here too (so far $27 today) just to use the internet and this is what you provide as service to your customers? Also, I am the ONLY customer is the store for the past 3 hours.... So much for small town service. Not a happy customer and will not come back. Even in this little town, there are other options. Date of visit: 8/8/2023 from 0900 to 1200pm."
