"Went through the drive thru and ordered two sugar free lattes. One was hot salted Carmel and the other was frozen with vanilla new sweetener. They tasted really bad, bitter, almost chemical like. Came inside and talked to the barista to see if we could get something else. We dumped our drinks in the trash. The barista said he would give us a discount and he also gave us an attitude. We went back to what we usually get Carmel marvel and salted Carmel latte. It didn’t taste like Carmel at all. It is horrible. Tasted like burnt coffee and like a chemical taste. Never in my life have I had a coffee taste this horrible to the point I couldn’t even drink it. So we just spent $20 on 4 drinks that we had to throw away. And to top it off, they are pushy about a tip. Won’t be coming back here again unless they make it right."

"Giving two stars for this location because the employees ask you for tips when giving you your change or using your card. This happens every single time I go there. You do not tip people at a fast food place why would you tip someone at a coffee shop. You are doing your job, you are doing what your employer is paying you to do. Putting customers in an awkward position when giving back their change or card is unprofessional."

"Waited 12 minutes in line this morning for a cup of coffee only to leave without any so I wasn't late to work. This location is not very fast in the morning, if you need a cup of coffee on the way in, prepare to leave 15 minutes early."
