"Had an employee wrongfully tell me my less than two year old battery was bad. I think he just had the battery tester hooked up improperly, because the machine did say it was bad, but after replacing my spark plugs, I have zero issues starting in the cold morning. Staff are pleasant and they have a great selection of parts, cheap tools, and online availability."
"I came into the store with the whole list of questions and possible scenarios to why my car wasn't running. They worked with me for over an hour going through every single problem and giving me the solution I needed. With all the information they gave me as well as the tools to fix the problem they saved me thousands of dollars as well as hundreds of hours of troubleshooting. "Called the store in Charlevoix Mi. Tried to order a 4x4 actuator for a 2005 Ford ranger. She said they don't have anything and they can't get anything for me. I said that sucks because I can buy this on a large number of online sites, you're a part store and you don't have access to a common part. You should report this to your manager. She then hung up on me while was explaining why I wanted to shop local. She hung up on me. Nice. Zero stars if that's possible."
"I coasted into O'Reilly's the other day on a dead battery and Justin (manager) helped me out. He took the battery out of my car to get it charged up and even offered to find me a ride to work so I didn't have to walk. He also put the battery back in the car for me so I could take it to be fixed. (it was more than the battery) I was so pleased with the customer service I was given. Justin was nice, helpful and showed nothing but professionalism the whole time. Thanks so much to Justin at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Charlevoix what a great representation you are for great customer service and professionalism."
