"Very poor service. Owner is rude and talks down to customers. He was arguing with another customer when I walked in. I should have taken the clue that it wasn't a good day for him. But I stayed and it was not pleasant. I waited a few weeks to write this, as I don't want to be recognized and targeted. It's not a good idea to be on this guy's bad list."

"Local resident customer- Went into the store for the first time & purchased some sandals for my daughter they were priced with no sales sticker on the tag saying on sale, turns out brown isn’t her favorite color so I wanted to return them or exchange them 3 days later for credit in the store. Both of which aren’t possible and that is listed on the receipt which was requested via text and not looked at before swiping my card right.. receipts are generated after a sale is final..all around bad experience from a local business frequent shopper Photo for reference - first photo the day I purchased Monday with no indication of a sale on them 2nd and third - when I tried a return/exchange Note the owner removed the cardboard at time of the sale"

"Very helpful and accommodating for a pickup & drop off rental of two tandem kayaks and a stand up board. We received a quick and detailed walkthrough and launched a few blocks away at the Ohio st ramp. Took a four hour paddle to clam lake. The grass river was incredible. We arrived late to return our rentals because we hadn’t assumed for the extra time on our part due to little kids. Paddles and Pedals was gracious with us being late and even went out of their way to make accommodations for us which unexpected and helpful. Great company, better people. I would rent from them anytime I’m in the area."

"The E bikes we rented and went trail riding on was very cool! If you have never ridden one I highly recommend it. When renting one pls be advised that the seats are very hard, never use the front break, and bring your own heat mirror to keep track of your people behind you! The bikes preformed as promised the service was superb, I highly recommend this business. I would have given 5 stars if I would have been told not to use the front brake before we left which would have prevented me from going over the handle bars on the trail, and putting seats on rental bikes that are more geared to people who don’t ride everyday. If you are going to tell people to use the front brake you need adjust them so that you can safely use them, not my first time riding on a bike on trails, I have always used both brakes with out going over the handle bars!"

"Huge shout-out to Patrick and his shop. Amazing spot with some absolutely killer gear and Patrick is super passionate about all of it and you can tell. Everytime I've been in he has been both knowledgeable and helpful. Such a great guy to work with. Just helped me get my fat tire situation all situated and I am beyond stoked. Thanks Patrick!"
