"Boyfriend went in to get a haircut. It was not cut right, had a chunk missing, and weird long parts throughout where it was shaved. Had to shave his head to fix it. Unacceptable heard nothing but bad things about this place from other people after this experience."

"Always wonderful service!! I have a totally handicap son in a large wheelchair and alot of salons won't curt his hair. Miranda did an amazing job and treated him so nicely like a human. In the past Stephanie has also cut his hair and she has always been amazing. My daughter and I both had haircuts and eye brow waxing, and we both got exactly what we asked for. My daughter got the bangs finally that she has always wanted. Amazing stylists here. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!"

"Brought my 7yo daughter in for a haircut today(sunday afternoon). I'm kind of shocked at how it came out. My daughter was not terribly wiggly and tried very hard to sit still but it still came out like this. I don't really want to go back and have it fixed by them. **update** I went back to have it fixed. She was rude and repeatedly told me it was messed up because my daughter was moving too much. My daughter was surprisingly sitting very still through the haircut. She also kept making comments insinuating that I was too picky. Not a good experience. And even after going through the trouble of bringing my kids there and having her fix it, it's not good. ***2nd update*** Although they replied to this comment giving me info and a number to call, when I called the number I was told that they didn't cover this district. They told me they'd tell the district manager that does cover it and no one ever got back to me. I never got a refund. Just the worst haircut I've ever seen. My daughter was not the problem, she's relieved many haircuts and they've always turned out great. I do not recommend this location. They will screw up your haircut and they will do nothing to make it right."

"*Since I can't reply to the owner directly: the store is not under new ownership since I was there YESTERDAY. I sent an email to corporate that I am waiting to hear back from. I am at MINIMUM due a refund from my haircut yesterday and compensation to fix this mess on my head which is going to take MONTHS and multiple trips to the salon. I could have put my hair in a blender and come out with a better cut. Just an FYI I asked for a BOB with the underside slightly shorter, how that translated into "give me a Karen" I have no clue. Why the side of my hair is cut super short next to a section that is super long? I was being really nice in my original review. This place is hit or miss. I came in and had a wonderful haircut and a few months later the same stylist gave me what is probably the worst haircut of my life. Unfortunately she cut it so short and choppy there isn't even anything I can do about it until it grows out (then I can spend more $$$$ somewhere else to fix her mistake). She seemed to know things had gone wrong since she never offered me the mirror to approve my cut, unfortunately I didn't realize how bad it was until I was home. Brought my husband here for a post COVID cut and the stylist he had seemed scared and barely cut anything at all off, I kept telling her to cut more and finally he just gave up."
