"Got a blonde stylist with short hair. Didn't catch her name. Pretty rough-handed, kept commenting on my appearance including my weight. I got kicked while she was pumping the chair up, she was rough with the brush and ended up pulling VERY hard to the point my head was sore for hours after leaving. She did okay with the shampooing, but with styling and cutting, would not recommend her. The red-haired woman and the other blonde woman were rather nice. Such a shame that one stylist was so rough. She made terrible conversation as well. If I head back, I'm requesting one of the other women. EDIT: Just like to make sure everyone knows that this was my first visit to Cost Cutters. I am unfamiliar with how they operate as I usually head elsewhere."

"At first I had found my favorite hairstylist but then I moved back and I came here and holy I thought the other stylists were doing great work until I got sherry. Let me tell you I've never had anyone be so thorough with the dying of my hair and making sure it's peak for dying then her. She is legit the best there is. I love her I will be back for her all the time. Thank you Sherry!"

"I used to go to this place for all my haircuts. However, I had to switch shops due to a downgrade in quality. I attempted to give them a last chance and showed them a picture of what I wanted my hair like. Shorter sides, bangs, a bit of fluffiness in the back. A total boy cut. The woman cutting my hair was rude and completely butchered it. I didn't want to believe my friends telling me not to go there since I had been going since I was 13, but that last cut absolutely ruined my experience. Instead of the cut I wanted, she basically gave me a bob. It was horrendous. My sister had to fix my hair. I haven't been back since AND my sister has been cutting my hair 10 times better than they ever did. If a teenager can cut hair better than an actual professional, I'm saving my money and getting my haircut at home. Very disappointing to see the salon go down the drain. Their excuses for butchering your hair is saying that your hair texture is different. I specifically picked a haircut for my hair texture and she still told me that it was different. They've done this before to my friends and seem to just do whatever they want with your hair."

"Katy does an excellent job, I work at a cost cutters and was out of town and needed my hair done. Best blow dry I’ve ever had by another stylist, also had some great conversation and was a wonderful atmosphere. Also the manager for this location is super sweet and very personable. From one cost cutters brand to another you guys do an awesome job!"
