"I originally left a good review, but had to change it after what happened today. Becky is knowledgeable about hair and does a good job for a great price. She is very quick. However she overbooks her clients and I've had to wait at times, 30 minutes, I would say the majority of the time. She seems scatterbrained and rushed. When you go in to pay for your hairto be done, you want to enjoy your time there. What good is an appointment if you can't enjoy these things? So today (04/24/21) I had an appointment which was in my name, but I told Becky on 04/10/21, that my daughter was taking that appointment. My daughter is graduating in the next 2 weeks and needed her hair done before her special event. Becky confirmed on the 10th that I still had the appointment. My daughter went in today for the appointment and then came back home upset 30th minutes later. Imagine my surprise. I asked her why she was home and her hair not done and she said that Becky was at the shop (which was closed) with her family and told my daughter she had no such appointment. She said Becky seemed unconcerned, unapologetic, and not helpful. Needless to say I'm not happy. I told my daughter to find another hairdresser. Hopefully we can find someone who cares a little more and who has the time and is not rushed."
