"I went to this spa for a full set and honestly, a nightmare. Right away I showed them a photo of what I wanted, and they kept insisting that I “pick a color”. I kept referencing back to the photo and looking at color swatches, asking if this or that color would produce the result I wanted. She just kept telling me to pick a color and that she didn’t know, but to PICK A COLOR. Zero help and wouldn’t offer any. After talking w some friends, what I wanted was opi bubble bath or likewise, with chrome on top. I ended up getting a more white color, I could live with it. Although the color wasn't what I wanted it was pretty. It was not worth addressing as the tech was zero help and should have been knowledgable enough to know what color/trend I was wanting. Everything was really rushed, she did not take her time. However the more major concerns are, I have had them on for 2 days and they are already starting to lift. The cuticle area was sloppy, one tip is on crooked and some of the sides of the nails do not even have product on them. They are also a bit thick and egg like shape instead of a long almond. It looks like I need a fill 2 days later. Overall, skip this place for sure. Maybe for a basic pedicure or manicure it would be ok. But I would absolutely not recommend them for gels/ acrylics. They also charged me $20 more than what the price stated, never okayed an up charge before or during the service. If you read other reviews it seems as if they are scamming people at the register, upping the prices. My nails were not even close to a $75 set. See attached photos. Update: As I figured, it was definitely lifting I noticed 2 days after, it only got worse. At 1 week the paint was very chipped and at 1.5 even worse. You can see how sloppy the cuticle area was done now that there is growth. Tons of bubbles and uneven polish coatspp. Added more photos. I cannot reiterate enough, just how truly BAD this set is. Looks as if it was someones first practice/school set."

"I came here as a walk in. Which was great. Was just looking to pamper myself. I usually do my own nails so it was nice to get them done for once. It started out fine. Picked a color. Then the one lady started putting tips on. She put my pinky one on pretty crooked so I said something and she said the next lady would fix it. Brought it up to the next lady and she said I’ll fix it. Never did. So I asked twice and it was still crooked. My thumb nail was way slanted on one side when I asked for square. Also asked her to fix that. She said she’d fix it later. Trending pattern. She laid the acrylic and everything looked fine except there was a huge gap in between my cuticle and the acrylic. Like it looked grown out already. I asked if she was gonna put more by the cuticle and said said yet again “yeah I’ll fix it later”. Later did not come and she painted them right after she said that. I wasn’t going to leave a bad review but I feel like I had to now because my thumb nail popped off after 3 days of them being on. I paid $55 for a whole set and honestly feel scammed. If people come here often they’d have to come back way sooner for a fill cuz of how much of a gap there was. They already look grown out. The lady was kinda aggressive too. I hate leaving bad reviews because I do nails too and Ik it sucks to get a bad review. But I pointed out multiple things and they just kept ignoring it. So I’m kind of upset. Wouldn’t even go back in to get them fixed. Not gonna waste my time anymore. Go somewhere else probably."

"I went in to get acrylic nails, and it was the worst manicure I have ever gotten from a “professional” I left very disappointed and went back the next day and asked for them to be fixed. I believe it was the owner herself who told me to come back tomorrow at 2:30 to repaint and fix them. I came back the next day and waited about a half hour, she aggressively started filing and cutting my nails. I showed her a reference photo of the color I wanted, and she rudely said to me that she was going to pick the color for me. Then she proceeded to tell me if I wanted color that I needed to make an “appointment”. Told me to come back in 3 hours and said I had to pick the color then on and there. Just a huge waste of time and money, this “salon” shouldn’t be in business for the way they treat people. My original manicure looked awful, she left my nails really thick, uneven, and got nail polish on the side of my fingers."
