"They need to figure out a way to change the oil more often because their fires are disgusting. The worst fires in town. If it weren't for the fires I would have given the food a higher rating cause my sandwich was good but the fires are disgusting."
"This morning I went to Mcdonald’s to get some breakfast and it seems some employees need a refresher on costumer service because, in all my life going to fast food restaurants, I have never had an employee refuse to reach even an inch to make sure I can grab the food, my finger tips were literally tapping the cup and bag and she just stood there watching me struggle. I hope this can be fixed because this isn’t the first time this has happened with the same person."
"Ordered in the drive thru tonight, fairly busy. After waiting for 5+ minutes my fries were just warm. My filet o fish was ok. Customer service was good."

"I don't eat at McDonald's all that often, but I'm extremely worn out and didn't want to make dinner tonight. I went through the drive through and ordered a 4pc happy meal and a large fry for myself. I was shocked that those 2 items came to almost $10. I get to the window and asked how much the large fry was, because I know the happy meal is $4.29. She advised that the fries are also $4.29. I thanked her and said I would have to remember that (not even being rude, I know they don't necessarily make the prices). She looked at me with the longest, dirtiest look. Because I'm tired and overwhelmed with an irritable toddler, I truly didn't care about it. But then we get the food and realize the fries are stale. All of them. It makes me mad that not only am I paying premium price, but the service and quality was not good at all. I don't have time to run back and wait another 20-30 minutes in line, either. If you're going to increase the prices by 25% (I looked into it), I expect great service and quality every time."
